About me

Hi, I'm Heidi - Counseling was a mid-life career change that allowed me to combine my education with years of lived experience, compassion, and perspective that only time can teach. I have worked with clients in a number of behavioral health settings, including private practice, residential, intensive outpatient programs, and a psychiatric hospital.

But therapy is not actually about me. It is about you.

As your counselor, my primary objective is to listen to you, and the particularity of your own story. Then we will collaborate to either solve problems or effectively navigate difficult situations that are out of your control to solve at this time.

Together, we will lay a foundation of wellness that honors you and your experience.
